Refund Policy

Refunds and Payments

Payment is due at the time services are provided unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Because psychotherapy services involve reserved appointment times and professional services already rendered, refunds are generally not provided for completed sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Insurance and Reimbursement

If using out-of-network benefits, reimbursement from your insurance company is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for payment of all fees regardless of insurance reimbursement outcomes.

Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy are made at the discretion of the practice and may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
