Creative Art Therapy for Trauma, Grief, Anxiety, and Depression (Individual & Group Art Therapy)
Service Description
Art Therapy Services: Individual Art Therapy In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer art therapy services to help clients explore emotions, resolve personal and interpersonal challenges, and develop effective coping skills. Art therapy is a trauma-informed approach that supports emotional expression, problem-solving, stress reduction, and self-esteem building, especially when words feel difficult to access. Art therapy can be helpful for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and chronic stress. Sessions may include structured or open-ended creative activities designed to support insight, emotional regulation, and healing at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Art therapy is available in both in-person and virtual therapy sessions, allowing flexibility and accessibility for clients throughout Florida. I offer both insurance and private pay options, with weekday evening and Saturday appointments available to accommodate busy schedules. Please inquire directly for more details regarding availability, scheduling, and fees. Art Therapy Services: Group Art Therapy & Community Art Workshops I offer both therapeutic art groups and community-based art workshops, providing creative spaces that support emotional expression, connection, and personal growth. Group Art Therapy is a clinical service facilitated by a licensed mental health professional. These structured groups use art-making as a therapeutic modality to support emotional regulation, trauma processing, stress reduction, and mental health goals within a confidential, treatment-oriented setting. Community Art Workshops are non-clinical, wellness-focused creative experiences designed to promote self-expression, mindfulness, stress relief, and connection through art. These workshops are not therapy and do not involve diagnosis or treatment, making them accessible spaces for creativity, community building, and personal exploration. Both offerings honor the healing power of creativity while clearly distinguishing between clinical treatment and community wellness experiences, allowing participants to choose the level of support that best fits their needs. Please inquire directly for current pricing and availability for group art therapy sessions and community art & wellness workshops.
