Rates & Insurance

I accept private pay options, many commercial insurance plans, Medicare options, EAP programs, and out-of-network benefits. Insurance eligibility, copays, deductibles, and coinsurance vary by plan.

Self-Pay & Out-of-Network Therapy Rates

Payment for each session is processed securely through Headway or other referral platforms, depending on your referral source. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and ACH transfer.

If your insurance plan is not accepted, services may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Upon request, I can provide a superbill with the appropriate diagnostic and service codes for you to submit directly to your insurance company. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary by plan, so clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider to verify benefits.

 

Through my partnership with Mentaya, you can quickly check your out-of-network benefits and estimate potential reimbursement, helping reduce the overall cost of therapy. Please notify me prior to your first session if you plan to request insurance reimbursement.

Sliding scale availability is limited and offered based on financial need. Please contact me directly for art therapy group rates or service quotes.

Insurance Plans Accepted

Insurance, Billing, and Payment Information:

 

Insurance billing and payments are securely managed through Headway or other partnered platforms, depending on your referral source. These platforms handle eligibility checks, claims submission, and payment processing to simplify your experience.

If you are using insurance, any copay, deductible, or coinsurance required by your plan will be reflected in the amount due at the time of your session. Coverage and benefits vary by plan, so clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to confirm financial responsibility prior to the first appointment.

For plans where I am considered out of network, I can provide a superbill with appropriate diagnostic and service codes so you may seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and may require you to reschedule or cancel an appointment. To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be billed up to the full cost of the session, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.
